MicroStation users should never have to manually set level, color, weight, etc. - it’s too error prone, and too slow. QA_Input is a unique rule based data entry menu system. It allows input to be based on your Standard, as embodied in a RESYMBOL Rule File. The same rules for checking become a hierarchical menu for drawing creation, setting level, color, etc. Never set these by hand. Never have a discrepancy between the placement menu, and the checking rules!

Advanced features include file naming standard enforcement, the handling of multiple drawing scales, and the use of placement macros. Cell selectors are easy to create. Even (if appropriate) write directly to any file in the reference file set. All this with no programming.

The rule file is used for checking (See RESYMBOL or QuikChek), and is an assist in proofreading (see SpotChek and Spot_Fix).

IMPORTANT: The purchase of RESYMBOL (or Resymbol Lite) is required for rule creation.
