Use DGN_Diff when you need to know the differences between two editions of the same file (to confirm corrections were done, etc.). The files are viewed side by side with all identical elements grey, and the differences in color. Modifications in one color and Add/Deletes in another. The special viewing utility allows synchronized Window and Zoom of the two views.
