Suppose you have a set of maps (files), and the boundaries are fixed - whether grid lines, predetermined shapes, or whatever. Then, they change the boundaries on you (due to NAD 83 coordinate change, change of jurisdiction, or whatever). Or, your files are too big, and you need to cut them into different pieces. Or, you just need to be able to extract a predefined piece of the map, perhaps combining elements from several files, on demand. Easily create files with the new boundaries with Cut2Grid. "Re-tile" an existing file or group of files, or extract just the information for one area defined by a shape. Database linkages are handled appropriately. This tool can be tailored to your needs.
